These layered, patterned earrings are made with wood veneers and metallic papers recycled from Seattle cabinet makers and paper suppliers. The core of these pieces also are paper, yes! paper - recycled, from the matboard scrap bins of Seattle art & frame shops. They are cut and etched in an intricate geometric detail with a colored "honey drop" on top, and finished by hand with natural sealers - bees wax & citrus oil.
